This website and your enquiry

This notice covers the CyberG7 marketing website and enquiries made through its contact links. It does not describe the data handling of a future AI Employee workspace or every service linked from this website. Before a customer pilot, we will explain the actual providers, information, access and retention arrangements involved.

The demo request form

The form asks for your name, business name, WhatsApp number and the task you would like help with. Your website address is optional. The information you enter remains in your browser. The preview demonstrates a completed request but does not submit the information, send an enquiry or save it to a CRM.

A separate WhatsApp action opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. The message content is passed to WhatsApp as part of that handoff. You can review or change it before sending. CyberG7 receives the enquiry when you send the message in WhatsApp; opening the prepared message does not confirm that it has been sent.

A simulated success message is an interface demonstration, not confirmation that CyberG7 has received your request. This preview does not save form entries to a website database or submit them to a CRM. Please do not include private customer chats, passwords, payment information or confidential documents in this public enquiry form.

How we use enquiries

CyberG7 uses the information you send to respond, understand the task you are asking about and arrange a demo or discuss a proposal. Sending a demo enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

Messages you send through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy practices. You can read the WhatsApp privacy policy. If you prefer email, contact sales@cyberg7.com.sg.

Hosting and technical information

The website is hosted on Vercel. Delivering and protecting the website can involve technical request information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, timestamps and error records. Provider processing and retention follow the relevant provider configuration and policies; this notice does not promise a fixed retention period for those records.

See Vercel’s privacy policy for information about its practices. Hosting this website does not mean that all information is stored only in Singapore.

Advertising and analytics

This preview version does not enable Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics or advertising trackers. The enquiry form does not require a marketing opt-in. If tracking or additional lead handling is introduced, we will update this notice and the relevant site controls before enabling it.

Linked products and services

Links to the receptionist demonstration, Jarvis, WhatsApp and other external services take you to separate experiences. Their information handling may differ from this website. A visit or enquiry here does not connect your business chats, import your ChatGPT history or activate an AI workflow.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

For privacy enquiries, or to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided to CyberG7, email sales@cyberg7.com.sg with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject. Please tell us which enquiry or information you mean. We may need to verify the request before discussing personal information.

We will explain the relevant handling and any retention requirements that apply to your request. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about your demo enquiry.

Changes to this notice

We will revise this notice when the website’s enquiry flow or data handling changes. The date above identifies this version.
